This 8-week course includes 7 zoom-based tower classes with recordings, 4 bi-weekly Q&A calls and one 30-minute consultation call with Jessica.

What you'll get:

• 7 75-minute live classes - one for each of the seven progressions - Thursdays at 2:00 PM EST starting Thursday, April 7th, 2022
• Recordings of each class will be posted within 24 hours of the class and will remain available through the duration of the course and one month after the last class.
• 4 Live 50-minute Q&A calls with Jessica to discuss the content of the previous 2 classes - clarifications, modifications, variations, biomechanics - whatever you need to better understand the material. Calls are Tuesdays at 2:00 pm EST starting Thursday, April 12, 2022.
• Recordings of Q&A calls also posted to your course site in case you can’t make the live call.
• A self-assessment form to use at start and finish of the course to set goals and understand your progress
• 1 30-minute consultation call with Jessica to discuss your needs
