We'll help determine your ideal Pilates Teacher Training level and any preparatory training needed to kickstart your chosen program.  Here's how:

• Step 1 - Fill Out an Intake Form Below: This will help us get to know you better and understand your background and interest in classical Pilates Teacher Training.

• Step 2 - Pay Your Fee: Once you've completed the intake form, you'll be directed to pay the $99 fee securely and conveniently.

• Step 3 - Schedule Your 30-minute Consultation Call: We'll connect via Zoom or in person to discuss your Pilates journey. This consultation will help me better understand your goals and provide a personalized path.

• Step 4 - Book your 50-minute private Pilates lesson:  During this Welcome Session, we'll assess your current practice.

After your sessions, we'll recommend a specific Pilates Teacher Training program for you to lay the foundation for a fulfilling and successful career in classical Pilates.
