The Intensive track of our CORE Suspension Teacher Training Program combines 24 hours of live, hands-on workshops with a 60-hour apprenticeship.

Our apprenticeship includes trainee meetings, observation hours, and teaching skills sessions to help movement teachers and physical therapists learn how to use the cords to help their clients reduce pain and improve mobility and strength.
